Domestic Shipping (Within Egypt)

All orders within the Arab Republic of Egypt are delivered within 2–3 business days, excluding official public holidays.

International Shipping (Outside Egypt)

International orders are delivered within 15–25 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

Delivery times do not include customs processing delays, which may vary by country.

Exchange & Return Policy

We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Return & Exchange Period

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of receipt.

In case of manufacturing defects, customers may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of receipt.

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for return or exchange:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

All original tags and packaging must be intact.

The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Customized or special-order products.

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged by misuse.

 Refund Process

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 7–14 business days, depending on the payment provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.

If the return is due to a defect or wrong item, the company covers the shipping costs.

If the return is for personal reasons (size exchange, change of mind, etc.), the customer bears the shipping cost.
